  1. How do I get to Charleville Park Hotel?
    We are located just outside Charleville town off the N20. For more information, click here.
  2. What is your Eircode?
    It is P56 V268.
  3. How far away is Charleville town centre?
    Charleville town centre is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Just 3 mins in a taxi.
  4. How far away is Cork City centre?
    Cork City centre is just 1 hour by car or accessible by public transport, reception are more than happy to help with information and timetables.
  5. Do you have private parking?
    Yes Charleville Park Hotel has its own private extensive complimentary car park onsite.
  6. Do you have WiFi?
    Yes we have complimentary WiFi throughout the property.
  7. What bedroom facilities are provided?
    Each of our bedrooms offers an ensuite bathroom and complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, iron, tea and coffee making facilities, TV, writing desk and complimentary WiFi internet access.
  8. Do you have a luggage room?
    Yes we have a luggage room where guests can store their valuables when checking out.
  9. Is Charleville Park Hotel a non-smoking hotel?
    Yes all bedrooms in Charleville Park Hotel are completely non-smoking. We do have a designated outdoor smoking area outside of the building to accommodate guests who smoke. A deep cleaning fee will be charged to guests who are found to be in breach of our no smoking policy.
  10. What are the check-in/check-out times?
    Rooms are available from 3.00pm daily. If you wish to check in at an earlier time please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate this. Check-out is at 12.00pm.
  11. Does the hotel offer an early arrival or a late check out?
    The hotel offers both early check in’s and late departures but both are subject to availability. Please contact reservations for more information on 0035363 33700.
  12. What is the hotels cancellation policy?
    For any other rates other than Advance Purchase, your credit card secures your booking. For all other rates cancellation policy is by 12pm 48 hours/2 days prior to arrival to avoid incurring the first nights charge on your card. Advance Purchase rates are non-refundable.
  13. What does the No Show Policy entail?
    Any No Show reservations will be charged the first nights’ accommodation in full.
  14. What business facilities are there in Charleville Park Hotel?
    All meeting rooms are equipped with audio visual equipment, air conditioning, WiFi, LCD projectors, stationary and most have natural daylight and printing can be arranged through our reception desk.

  15. What are dining options in Charleville Park Hotel?
    Greenfinch Restaurant is our formal dining restaurant. Our chefs create an exciting new menu using only the freshest, locally sourced produce. For a casual lunch or dinner Park Bar and Grill offers a fantastic selection of seasonal food cooked to order by our chefs from 12pm daily along with a selection of light snacks and refreshments. The Osprey Lounge is an elegant space where we serve fresh barista coffee, afternoon tea and light lunch bites.

    Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays Breakfast is from 7:30am – 10:30am
    Lunch is served daily in our Park Bar & Grill or Osprey Lounge from 12pm – 3.30pm
    Dinner is served daily in our Park Bar & Grill from 5pm – 9:00pm
  16. Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
    Charleville Park Hotel caters for all dietary requirements where possible. Please let us know in advance of any such requirements and we will endeavour to meet your needs.
  17. Do you have wheelchair accessible bedrooms?
    Yes we have a number of specially designed bedrooms to accommodate those with limited mobility.

  20. Can I charge my electric car at the hotel?
    There is an e-car charging point just two minutes from the hotel in Charleville town centre.
  21. How can we be more sustainable in your hotel?Future generations will be thankful to you for helping them have a greener environment. We therefore ask you to:
    Place towels in bath for changing and leave towels for reuse on the rails.
    Switch off the lights when you leave the room.
    Leave recyclable items next to your waste bin for us to recycle.
    Avoid excessive use of water.
